Ingredients
Method
- Clean, wash, and dry the cauliflower. Grate it using a large-holed grater.

- Place the grated cauliflower in a pan and cook over medium heat for about 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it dries out and browns slightly. Let it cool.

- Grate the yellow cheese or chop it finely. In a bowl, mix the cheese with peeled and pressed garlic. Add the egg and season with salt, pepper, and dried basil. Mix thoroughly.

- Add the cooled cauliflower (ensure it's not hot to prevent the egg from scrambling). Mix and crush until well combined.

- Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Shape it into a medium-thick, round flat cake using a moistened spoon.

- Wash, dry, and slice the mushrooms. Grate or finely chop the mozzarella. Cut the deli meat into smaller pieces.

- Remove the pizza crust from the oven and spread it evenly with tomato paste. Season with basil and oregano. Layer the mozzarella, mushrooms, and deli meat on the crust. Bake again until all the ingredients are heated and the cheese melts, about 5-10 minutes.

- Serve immediately after preparation.
