Sandwiches with homemade hummus and lettuce

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Wheat baguette ⅓ piece
  • 10 g Mixed lettuce or any lettuce 1 handful
  • 40 g Canned chickpeas 2 tablespoons
  • 10 g Tahini sesame paste 1 tablespoon
  • 5 g Garlic 1 clove
  • 5 g Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  • 3 g Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method
 

  1. In a blender container, combine drained chickpeas, peeled garlic, tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and uniform. Add a little water if needed.
  2. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the hummus evenly.
  3. Top the sandwiches with washed and dried lettuce.
