Ingredients
  

  • 65 g Graham roll 1 piece
  • 60 g Chicken egg 1 large
  • 25 g Natural yogurt 3% 1 tablespoon
  • 5 g Mustard ½ teaspoon
  • 5 g Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  • 2 g Chives / Parsley leaves ½ teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the egg hard-boiled (check the recipe).
  2. Peel the cooked egg and chop it into cubes. Wash, dry, and finely chop the chives or parsley.
  3. In a bowl, place the egg, yogurt, mustard, olive oil, and chives/parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Cut the roll in half lengthwise. Spread the egg paste evenly on the inner sides of the roll.
