- Cook the pasta (check the recipe). In the meantime, prepare the remaining ingredients.

- Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the mushrooms and slice them. Wash the bell pepper and dice it (remove inedible parts). Grate or finely chop the cheese.

- Heat the butter in a pan. Add the onion and fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Then add the mushrooms and bell pepper. Fry again for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

- When all ingredients are soft, add the tomato concentrate and drained corn. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika, and Provencal herbs. Mix well.

- Add the drained pasta and mix again.

- Transfer to a small heatproof dish and spread cheese on top. Put into an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.

- Take out after a few minutes when the cheese has melted.
