- In a bowl, place the olive oil, peeled and pressed garlic, honey, tomato paste, lemon juice, and yogurt. Season with garam masala/tandoori spices, chili, curry, and smoked sweet paprika. Mix well.

- Clean the meat and cut it into smaller pieces. Place the pieces of meat into the marinade and coat them thoroughly. You can refrigerate the meat for a few hours to marinate (for a more intense flavor) or prepare it right away.

- Place the pieces of meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put them in a preheated oven at 200°C. Bake until the meat is cooked through and the marinade thickens, about 20-25 minutes.

- Serve on a plate.
