Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Banana 1 medium piece
  • 10 g Almond flour 2 tablespoons
  • 5 g Coconut oil or other 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon optionally

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and cut the banana lengthwise into thin slices. Spread the banana slices and evenly sprinkle with almond flour. Gently pat the flour into the banana.
  2. Heat the oil and spread it on a non-stick frying pan. After a moment, carefully place the banana slices. Fry until lightly browned and aromatic, about 1 minute per side. The banana slices soften quickly, so be very careful when turning them so they don't fall apart.
  3. Transfer to a plate. Optionally sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
