Mini microwave pizza is a great idea for an incredibly quick fit meal, a type of healthy fast food. How to make a pizza in the microwave? Discover the recipe for a mini pizza!
Some time ago, I conducted a poll on Instagram and Facebook stories asking if you would like me to start adding recipes for fit meals made in the microwave. The overwhelming majority of you liked the idea...
I thought Friday would be the perfect day to add the first quick fit recipe from the microwave to the blog. Especially since I chose a delicious fluffy microwave pizza for it. It's the fastest and simplest pizza I've ever had the chance to make, and it tastes great.
I used to not really use microwaves, actually, I didn't pay much attention to them. That changed after the aforementioned survey when I started preparing new recipes using these ovens. I am very surprised by the ease, speed and taste of the dishes from the microwave. Delicious diet cakes, which I would bake in the oven for 20-40 minutes, are ready in the microwave after just 3-5 minutes.
Microwaves are a faster and often simpler alternative to traditional food preparation. Opinions about cooking or reheating food in microwaves are divided.
However, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) among others, using microwave ovens is completely safe. As for the loss of nutritional value of meals prepared in the microwave, they are comparable to those in standard thermal processing methods.
The taste of food prepared in microwaves is slightly different than those prepared traditionally, and this is simply related to a completely different technological process. If you want to learn more about microwave ovens, I refer you directly to the WHO website.
