Drinking chocolate reminds me of the coldest time of the year. I don't know anyone who doesn't like to warm up by drinking delicious hot chocolate...
My drinking chocolate with a hint of orange is a dietary version of this beverage, so it's not too thick. However, I enhanced the taste of melted chocolate with dark cocoa, and added a bit of aroma and a sweet-bitter flavor with grated orange peel.
Hot chocolate prepared in this way is a wealth of flavors and scents with an interesting consistency.
