Drinking chocolate reminds me of the coldest time of the year. I don't know anyone who doesn't like to warm up by drinking delicious hot chocolate...
My drinking chocolate with a hint of orange is a dietary version of this beverage, so it's not too thick. However, I enhanced the taste of melted chocolate with dark cocoa, and added a bit of aroma and a sweet-bitter flavor with grated orange peel.
Hot chocolate prepared in this way is a wealth of flavors and scents with an interesting consistency.

- Thoroughly wash the orange, scald with boiling water, and dry. Then cut off a slice, and grate the peel from the remaining part (use the rest of the orange for another meal).
- In a saucepan, place milk, a little water (about ¼ cup), cocoa, sweetener, and broken chocolate. Heat over medium heat until the ingredients combine and dissolve (a few minutes). Stir occasionally (preferably with a hand whisk). At the end, add the grated orange peel and mix thoroughly.
