Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl or a jar, add oat flakes, coconut flakes, cocoa, and sweetener. Mix. Pour in the coconut milk, a few drops of vanilla flavoring, and some water (adjust the amount to cover the dry ingredients). Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

- Cover the container with plastic wrap or close it and refrigerate for several hours, ideally overnight. During this time, the flakes will swell and the flavors will blend. The oatmeal is ready to eat upon removal from the refrigerator.

- Eat it cold or warmed up.
