A chocolate oat bar is great as a nutritious sweet breakfast (also to-go) or as a healthy snack during the day.
Oat flakes are rich in amino acids, protein, fiber, and B vitamins. They provide a lot of energy, satisfy hunger well, and have a positive effect on the heart. Oat flakes also benefit the nervous system, hair, and skin. It's worth mentioning that, thanks to ingredients like beta-glucans, they boost the body's immunity.
Cocoa is a valuable source of magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, flavonoids, omega-6 acids, and vitamins A, E, and B. Peanut butter is an extremely rich source of antioxidants, protein, healthy fats, fiber, and many vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl, combine oat flakes, cocoa, and sweetener. Mix. Add peanut butter and a bit of boiling water (about 2-3 tablespoons - it's best to add one tablespoon at a time and observe the consistency of the mixture). Thoroughly crush and mix with a spoon. The mass should be compact and only slightly sticky. If necessary, add a little more water and mix and crush again.

- Divide the mixture into 2 parts and shape the bars with moistened hands.

- Place the bars in a sealed container or wrap in cling film. Put them in the refrigerator to cool and harden (minimum several hours, preferably overnight).
