Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Cauliflower ½ small head
  • 75 g Natural skyr yogurt ½ package
  • 6 g Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
  • 5 g Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry
  • Hot paprika
  • Sweet paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Clean the cauliflower, peel off the leaves, and divide into smaller pieces. Then wash and dry it.

  2. In a bowl, place the yogurt, peeled and pressed garlic, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry, chili, hot paprika, and sweet paprika. Mix well.

  3. Put the cauliflower in the bowl with the prepared paste. Thoroughly coat each piece and transfer them to an oven-proof dish or a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  4. Bake in the oven until soft, about 30-50 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces and the desired level of softness. Be careful not to burn the pieces on top - reduce the temperature if necessary. Check the softness with a toothpick or fork.
