- Peel and slice the onion.

- Heat and spread butter in a pan. After a moment, add the onion and pour in the balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, chilli, and sweet paprika. Fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Then add the cleaned livers (remove membranes, veins, etc.). Fry over moderate heat with the lid on until properly cooked, which is about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and flip the livers to the other side.

- Transfer to a plate. If necessary, season with salt again.
