- Cook the millet (check the recipe). Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients.
- Cook the lentils (check the recipe).
- Peel and finely chop the onion. In a pan, heat a little oil (about ⅓ of the amount). After a moment, add the chopped onion and fry for a few minutes, stirring frequently.
- Then add the millet and lentils. Season with smoked sweet paprika, turmeric, and curry. Fry for a few more minutes, stirring frequently.
- Transfer the prepared mixture to a bowl and divide it into 2 parts. Place one part in a blender container and blend into a smooth paste.
- Place the blended part back in the bowl with the unground mixture. Add oat flakes and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Form the klops with moistened hands.
- Fry the klops in the remaining oil for a few minutes, turning them occasionally, until golden.
