Kebab is one of the most popular fast-food dishes, rivaling even pizza in its popularity. You can easily and quickly prepare kebab at home in many different ways. The following recipe is my favorite low-calorie, carb-free kebab.

Method
- Wash, dry, and slice the tomato (remove the hard, green parts from the center). Wash, peel, and slice the cucumber. Peel and slice the onion.

- Clean and cut the meat into small pieces. Season to taste with pepper, sweet paprika, dried garlic, curry, chili, coriander, cinnamon, or kebab-gyros spice mix. Mix well.

- Heat and spread the butter in a pan. Add the meat and cook on moderate heat until the meat is properly cooked, about 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces). Stir and turn the pieces occasionally.

- Remove from heat and add the yogurt. Mix thoroughly.

- On a plate, arrange the meat, tomato, cucumber, and onion. Optionally, season with a pinch of salt.
