Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Chicken breast 1 medium fillet
  • 100 g Natural yogurt 3% 4 tablespoons
  • 100 g Tomato 1 small
  • 100 g Cucumber 1 small
  • 20 g Onion 1 small
  • 20 g Iceberg lettuce 1 handful
  • 5 g Clarified butter 1 teaspoon
  • Salt*
  • Pepper*
  • Sweet paprika*
  • Dried garlic*
  • Curry*
  • Chili*
  • Coriander*
  • Cinnamon* *you can replace with kebab-gyros spice mix

Method
 

  1. Wash, dry, and slice the tomato (remove the hard, green parts from the center). Wash, peel, and slice the cucumber. Peel and slice the onion.

  2. Clean and cut the meat into small pieces. Season to taste with pepper, sweet paprika, dried garlic, curry, chili, coriander, cinnamon, or kebab-gyros spice mix. Mix well.

  3. Heat and spread the butter in a pan. Add the meat and cook on moderate heat until the meat is properly cooked, about 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces). Stir and turn the pieces occasionally.

  4. Remove from heat and add the yogurt. Mix thoroughly.

  5. On a plate, arrange the meat, tomato, cucumber, and onion. Optionally, season with a pinch of salt.
