Greek salad is a delicious and nutritious salad featuring feta cheese and olives.

It wasn't until last year, when we spent a few days in Athens and I tasted this delicious local dish in several restaurants, that I noticed it actually doesn't include any lettuce. Feta cheese is a Greek soft cheese with about 20% fat content, made from sheep's milk or a mixture of sheep's milk and goat's milk.
Olive oil is a source of healthy fats and vitamins A, E, D, and K.
