- Canned red beans 1/2 package (120 g)
- Red bell pepper 1/2 small piece (50 g)
- White onion 1 slice (20 g)
- Mustard 1 teaspoon (10 g)
- Agave syrup / Honey 1 teaspoon (6 g)
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Apple cider vinegar / Lemon juice 1 tablespoon (6 g)
- Chives / Parsley (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Curry
Preparation of salad with beans, peppers, and onions:
Step 1: In a bowl, place olive oil, mustard, agave syrup (or honey), and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice). Season to taste with salt, pepper, and curry.
Step 2: Wash the bell pepper, dry it, and cut it into cubes (remove inedible parts). Cut a slice from the peeled onion and chop it finely.
Step 3: Drain the beans from their liquid.
Step 4: In a bowl, place the bell pepper, onion, beans, and optionally chopped fresh herbs (such as chives or parsley). Drizzle with the dressing and mix thoroughly.
