Ingredients for fried chicken with cheese and pear:
- Chicken breast 1 medium fillet (200 g)
- Pear 1 medium piece (130 g)
- Yellow cheese 1 small piece or 2 slices (30 g)
- Lettuce 1 handful (30 g)
- Olive oil 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Soy sauce 3 teaspoons (15 g)
- Lime or lemon juice 1 teaspoon (3 g)
- Dried garlic
- Curry
- Chilli
- Cinnamon
- Pepper
Preparation of fried chicken with cheese and pear:
Step 1: In a bowl, mix soy sauce seasoned with a pinch of chili, cinnamon, and pepper.
Step 2: Wash the pear, cut into quarters and remove the seed nest. Soak each piece in the prepared marinade and set aside.
Step 3: In another bowl, mix olive oil seasoned with a pinch of dried garlic, cinnamon, and curry.
Step 4: Soak the cleaned meat in the prepared marinade and set aside.
Step 5: Heat a pan (classic or grill). Add the pear and fry over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Be careful not to burn it – reduce the heat if necessary. Remove the fried pear from the pan and set aside.
