- Feta cheese / greek style cheese 1 piece or 1/3 of a small package (50 g)
- Red bell pepper 1 small piece (100 g)
- Shelled sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Iceberg lettuce or another kind 3-4 large leaves (80 g)
- Mustard 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Calorie-free sweetener e.g. erythritol 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli
Preparation of feta cheese salad with bell pepper and sunflower seeds:
Step 1: Wash, dry, and slice the lettuce. Wash, dry, and dice the bell pepper (remove inedible parts). Crumble the feta cheese by hand.
