Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Oat flakes ½ cup
  • 50 g Flour, e.g., wheat or rice ½ cup
  • 50 g Chicken egg 1 piece
  • 50 g Milk 0,5% ¼ cup
  • 40 g Calorie-free sweetener, e.g. erythritol 4 tablespoons
  • 4 g Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon*
  • Cardamom*
  • Ginger*
  • Pepper*
  • Cloves* *You can substitute with gingerbread spice

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, oat flakes, sweetener, baking powder, and a pinch of each spice: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, pepper, cloves (or use gingerbread spice).
  2. Crack the egg and pour in the milk. Mix and rub thoroughly until the ingredients are combined.
  3. Transfer to a small mold lined with baking paper or lightly greased. Put in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F). Bake until golden, about 35-45 minutes. Leave it in the oven for a moment after baking.
  4. Remove the gingerbread from the mold and cut only after it has cooled down.
