Ingredients for cake with jam (for a mold about 10-15 cm in diameter):
- Flour (e.g., wheat or rice) 5 tablespoons (50 g)
- Egg 1 piece (50 g)
- Low-sugar jam (e.g., orange, peach, strawberry, etc.) 1 tablespoon (30 g)
- Calorie-free sweetener, e.g., erythritol 2 tablespoons (20 g)
- Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
Preparation of cake with jam:
Step 1: In a blender container, place the sweetener and jam. Add the egg. Blend until the ingredients are combined.
Step 2: Add flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula until you achieve a uniform consistency (without lumps).
Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a small mold lined with baking paper. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F). Bake until slightly risen and golden, about 15-20 minutes. Leave the baked cake to cool down.
Step 4: Remove the cake from the mold and cut only after it has completely cooled.
