Ingredients for the bloody yogurt cake:

  • Rice flour 1/2 cup or 5 tablespoons (50 g)
  • Skyr natural yogurt 4 tablespoons (100 g)
  • Chicken egg 1 piece (50 g)
  • Fresh or frozen strawberries 1 cup (150 g)
  • Brown sugar 2 tablespoons (20 g)
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Water

Step 1: Pour 0.5-1 cm of water into a pan and add the strawberries. Heat on medium heat. Stir and crush the strawberries occasionally with a wooden kitchen spatula. Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients.
