Ingredients
Method
- Clean and dry the beef and place it in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes - chilled meat is easier to cut. In the meantime, prepare the other ingredients. Wash, peel, and grate the ginger. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press.

- In a dish, combine ginger, garlic, sweetener, fish sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.

- Cut the meat into thin, long strips. Then coat them in the prepared marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, ideally overnight (you can skip marinating, but the flavor will be less intense).

- Before taking the marinated meat out of the fridge, prepare the peanut sauce. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Finely chop the peanuts. Heat butter in a pan. Then add onion and garlic. Sauté for a while on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add sweetener, peanut butter, soy sauce, and a bit of water (1-2 tablespoons or more, depending on the need). Sauté again for a while, stirring constantly. At the end, add the peanuts. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a small bowl. Eat warm or cold.

- Thread each strip of meat onto a skewer (you can thread several strips onto one skewer).OVEN: Transfer the skewers onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until properly cooked, about 10-12 minutes. GRILL: Place the skewers on a hot grill/grilling pan and grill until properly cooked, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

- Serve on a plate with peanut sauce.
