- Chicken egg 3 pieces (150 g)
- Apple 1 small piece (80 g)
- Natural skyr yogurt 1 tablespoon (25 g)
- Wheat flour 4 tablespoons (40 g)
- Calorie-free sweetener such as erythritol 3 tablespoons (30 g)
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon (4 g)
- Coconut oil or another 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla food flavoring
Preparation of apple omelet:
Step 1: Wash and cut the apple into quarters. Peel the skin and remove the seeds. Cut each quarter lengthwise in half, then slice them crosswise into thin slices.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the flour, sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon.
