  • Chicken egg 1 piece (50 g)
  • Natural yogurt 3% 3 tablespoons (75 g)
  • Cherry tomatoes 1/2 handful (50 g)
  • Cucumber 1/3 of a medium piece (50 g)
  • Onion 1 small piece (20 g)
  • Grated horseradish 1 teaspoon (10 g)
  • Mixed salad leaves or any lettuce 1 handful (30 g)
  • Parsley / Chives 1 teaspoon (4 g)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
