Ingredients for tofu burrito:

  • Tortilla (wrap) 1 piece (62 g)
  • Natural or smoked tofu 1/2 package (100 g)
  • Canned red beans 1 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Canned corn 1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Lettuce 1 handful (10 g)
  • Tomato sauce (passata) 2 tablespoons (30 g)
  • Olive oil 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Sweet paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1: Place the tofu in a bowl, crumble it with a fork, and season with sweet paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a pan. After a moment, add the crumbled tofu and fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3: Then add the tomato passata as well as the drained corn and beans. Sauté everything for a while longer, continuously stirring.

Step 4: Warm up the tortilla according to the instructions on the package. Wash the lettuce, dry it, and tear it into pieces. Spread the lettuce and filling evenly in the center of the tortilla. Gently fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center and roll it up.
