  • Dried dates 2-3 medium pieces (20 g)
  • Cocoa powder 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Peanut butter 1 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Dark chocolate 85% 1 piece (5 g)
  • Unsalted peanuts 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Milk 0,5% 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • Water
