Ingredients for sandwiches with guacamole:
- Graham roll 1 piece (65 g)
- Store-bought or homemade guacamole 3 tablespoons or:
- Avocado 1/4 of a medium piece (35 g)
- Garlic 1 clove (5 g)
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon (3 g)
- Dill or parsley leaves (fresh or dried) optional
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation of sandwiches with guacamole:
Step 1: Prepare the guacamole, if using a homemade version: wash the avocado, pat it dry, and cut it lengthwise in half. Drizzle the half with the seed with lemon juice, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, and store it in the refrigerator (use it for another meal within a few days). Scoop out the pulp of the other half with a spoon. Then place it in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add peeled and crushed garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
Step 2: Cut the roll in half lengthwise. Spread the guacamole evenly on the inner sides of the roll.
