- Low-fat yellow cheese 1 piece or 2 slices (20 g)
- Pretzel sticks a small handful (10 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peppercorns
Preparation of rice cheese spiders for Halloween:
Step 1: Place crumbled rice wafers, yogurt, and grated or finely chopped cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix and mash until combined.
Step 2: Form balls. Break the pretzel sticks into smaller pieces and insert into the balls to look like the legs of spiders.
