  • Pumpkin 1/4 small piece (200 g)
  • Olive oil or other oil 1 tablespoon (10 g)
  • Smoked sweet paprika
  • Hot paprika
  • Turmeric
  • Curry
  • Salt

Step 1: Wash and dry the pumpkin. Cut a piece and remove the fibers and seeds. Peel off the skin (place the piece on a board and peel with a knife downwards).

Step 2: Then cut crosswise into two or three parts and cut into longitudinal slices, and then cut the slices into sticks.
