Pumpkin is a vegetable with numerous health and dietary benefits, making it a valuable addition to the diet. It is rich in vitamins A, C, E and B vitamins, as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron. Vitamin A particularly supports eye health, skin, and the immune system. Pumpkin is low in calories (about 26 calories per 100 grams) and high in fiber, which aids digestion, prevents constipation, and promotes a feeling of fullness. Step 1: Wash and dry the pumpkin. Then cut off a piece and remove the fibers and seeds. Peel the skin (place the piece on a cutting board and peel downwards with a knife) and cut into thin slices (it’s best if they are all of similar thickness) or grate into slices using a grater.

Step 2: Drizzle the slices with lemon juice and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure they do not overlap. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 140°C for about 10-15 minutes. After the specified time, turn the slices over and sprinkle with cinnamon again. Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, monitoring to ensure they do not burn (remove earlier if necessary). After this time, the pumpkin slices should be sufficiently dried. If not, leave them in the oven for a few more minutes.
