Ingredients for peanut butter smoothie:
- Banana 1 small (80 g)
- Peanut butter 1 large tablespoon (30 g)
- Dried dates 2 medium (20 g)
- Almond milk or other plant-based milk 1 cup (200 g)
Preparation of peanut butter smoothie:
Step 1: Chop the dates into small pieces, place them in a bowl, and cover with boiling water. Adjust the amount of water so it just barely covers the dates. Set aside for a few minutes.
Step 2: Wash, peel, and cut the banana into smaller pieces.
