Ingredients for pasta with turkey and yogurt:
- Ground turkey 1/4 package (100 g)
- Pasta 1 portion (50 g)
- Natural yogurt 3% 2 tablespoons (50 g)
- Onion 1 small piece (30 g)
- Garlic 1 clove (5 g)
- Olive oil or any other oil 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation of pasta with turkey and yogurt:
Step 1: Cook the pasta (check the recipe). In the meantime, prepare the other ingredients.
Step 2: Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan. After a moment, add the onion and garlic. Fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the meat. Fry until the meat evaporates and reaches the preferred level of doneness (about 5-10 minutes). Stir occasionally.
Step 3: Remove the cooked meat from the heat and after a few minutes add yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 4: Add the drained pasta and mix thoroughly.
Step 5: Place on a plate and eat immediately after preparation.
