Ingredients for millet porridge with plant-based milk and grapes:
- Millet 5 tablespoons (50 g)
- Grapes 1 handful (70 g)
- Soy milk (soy drink) 1/2 cup (100 g)
- Calorie-free sweetener, e.g., erythritol 2 tablespoons (20 g)
- Water
Preparation of millet porridge with plant-based milk and grapes:
Step 1: Wash the grapes, dry them, and cut them in half (remove the stems).
Step 2: Rinse the millet thoroughly under running water or place it in a container, cover with water, stir, and drain repeatedly until the water runs clear.
Step 3: Put the rinsed millet in a pot and add the soy milk (or other plant-based milk) and water in a 1:1 ratio (water:ingredients). Cook over low heat until soft and thickened, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally. If necessary, add a bit more water during cooking.
Step 4: At the end, add the sweetener and mix well.
Step 5: Transfer to a bowl. Top with grapes.
