- Egg yolk – 1 piece (20 g)
- Cornstarch / Potato starch – 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Butter 83% – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Calorie-free sweetener (e.g., erythritol) – 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Vanilla flavoring
Preparation of homemade vanilla pudding:

Step 1: Place the egg yolk (use the egg white for another dish), butter, sweetener, and a few drops of vanilla flavoring in a small saucepan.
