Ingredients for fries:
- Potatoes 4 small pieces (200 g)
- Olive oil or any other oil 1 spoon (10 g)
- Sweet paprika
- Hot paprika
- Turmeric
- Curry
- Salt
Preparation of fries:
Step 1: Wash and peel the potatoes. Then cut into slices, and the slices into strips.
Step 2: In a bowl, place the oil and a pinch of each spice: sweet paprika, hot paprika, turmeric, and curry. Mix well. Put the potato pieces into the bowl with the prepared marinade and coat them thoroughly. Each potato strip should be covered with oil and spices.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly spread the potato strips on the baking sheet. Make sure they don’t overlap. Put them in the preheated oven and bake for 15-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the strips and the desired degree of doneness. Be careful not to burn the fries.
Step 4: Take out and season with a pinch of salt.
