Ingredients for fried zucchini:

  • Zucchini 1 small piece (250 g)
  • Oil 1 tablespoon (10 g)
  • Dried garlic
  • Smoked sweet paprika
  • Pepper
  • Curry

Step 1: In a bowl, place the oil (you can use any type). Season to taste with dried garlic, smoked sweet paprika, pepper, and curry. Mix well.
