- Banana 1 small piece (100 g)
- Flour (e.g., wheat or rice) 4 tablespoons (40 g)
- Chicken egg 1 piece (50 g)
- Milk 2% 2 tablespoons (20 g)
- Dark cocoa 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Calorie-free sweetener, e.g., erythritol 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
- Salt
Preparation of fluffy banana-chocolate pancakes:
Step 1: Wash the banana, peel it, and mash it with a fork. Place the mashed banana in a bowl. Add the egg and milk. Mix and mash until the ingredients are combined. Then add flour, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix and mash thoroughly until you achieve a thick and uniform consistency (without lumps).
