Ingredients for dietary oat gingerbread (small mold):
- Oat flakes 1/2 cup (50 g)
- Flour, e.g., wheat or rice 1/2 cup (50 g)
- Chicken egg 1 piece (50 g)
- Milk 0,5% 1/4 cup (50 g)
- Calorie-free sweetener, e.g. erythritol 4 tablespoons (40 g)
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon (4 g)
- Cinnamon*
- Cardamom*
- Ginger*
- Pepper*
- Cloves*
*You can substitute with gingerbread spice
Preparation of dietary oat gingerbread:
Step 1: In a bowl, mix flour, oat flakes, sweetener, baking powder, and a pinch of each spice: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, pepper, cloves (or use gingerbread spice).
Step 2: Crack the egg and pour in the milk. Mix and rub thoroughly until the ingredients are combined.
Step 3: Transfer to a small mold lined with baking paper or lightly greased. Put in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F). Bake until golden, about 35-45 minutes. Leave it in the oven for a moment after baking.
Step 4: Remove the gingerbread from the mold and cut only after it has cooled down.
