  • Oat flakes 4 tablespoons (40 g)
  • Coconut milk 5 tablespoons (50 g)
  • Coconut flakes 1 tablespoon (10 g)
  • Dark cocoa 1 tablespoon (10 g)
  • Calorie-free sweetener e.g., erythritol 2 tablespoons (20 g)
  • Vanilla flavoring
  • Water

Step 1: In a bowl or a jar, add oat flakes, coconut flakes, cocoa, and sweetener. Mix. Pour in the coconut milk, a few drops of vanilla flavoring, and some water (adjust the amount to cover the dry ingredients). Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
