Ingredients for chicken liver with onions:

  • Chicken liver 5 medium pieces (200 g)
  • White onion 1 medium piece (100 g)
  • Clarified butter 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons (15 g)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli
  • Sweet paprika

Step 1: Peel and slice the onion.
