Ingredients for caesar salad with turkey:
- Turkey breast 1 small piece of fillet (100 g)
- Light cream cheese 2/3 of a package (100 g)
- Parmesan cheese 1 piece (20 g)
- Cherry tomatoes 1 handful (100 g)
- Iceberg lettuce or another crispy variety about 2-3 leaves (50 g)
- Garlic 1 clove (5 g)
- Olive oil or other oil 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Hot paprika
- Turmeric
- Curry
Preparation of caesar salad with turkey:
Step 1: Clean the meat and cut it into smaller pieces. In a bowl, place the oil and a pinch of pepper, sweet paprika, hot paprika, turmeric, and curry. Mix. Put the meat in the bowl and coat each piece in the prepared marinade. Set aside.
Step 2: Wash the lettuce, dry it, and cut it into smaller pieces. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and cut them in half. Grate or finely chop the cheese.
Step 3: Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, place the cheese and peeled, pressed garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix.
Step 4: Heat a dry pan. After a moment, add the prepared meat. Fry until the meat is properly cooked, about 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces). Transfer the cooked meat to a bowl and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 5: Evenly spread the lettuce, tomatoes, meat, and sauce on a plate. Sprinkle cheese on top.
