- Coconut milk 3 tablespoons (30 g)
- Coconut oil 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Clarified butter 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Calorie-free sweetener e.g., erythritol optionally
- Cinnamon
Preparation bulletproof coconut coffee:
Step 1: Place about 1 cup of hot coffee (without grounds), coconut milk, coconut oil, clarified butter, a pinch of cinnamon, and optionally sweetener in a blender. Blend until the ingredients are combined and a light foam forms.
