- Oat flakes 5 tablespoons (50 g)
- Banana 1 small piece (80 g)
- Dark cocoa 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Chicken egg 1 small piece (50 g)
- Flour (e.g., wheat or rice) 2 tablespoons (20 g)
- Milk 0,5% just under 1/2 cup (100 g)
- Calorie-free sweetener like erythritol 3 tablespoons (30 g)
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon (4 g)
Preparation of baked chocolate-banana flavored oatmeal:
Step 1: In a bowl, place the oat flakes, flour, milk, cocoa, sweetener, and baking powder. Crack in the egg. Mix and mash thoroughly until a uniform consistency is obtained (without lumps). Set aside for about 15-20 minutes for the flakes to swell.
Step 2: Wash, peel, and cut the banana into medium-thick slices.
