Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Eggplant 1 medium
  • 400 g Canned tomatoes 1 can
  • 50 g Natural yogurt 3% 2 tablespoons
  • 50 g White onion 1 small
  • 5 g Garlic 1 clove
  • 10 g Oil 1 tablespoon
  • 2 g Parsley leaves 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli

Method
 

  1. Wash, dry, and cut the eggplant into small cubes. Place in a bowl and lightly salt.

  2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan. After a moment, add the onion and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
