What foods should you eat regularly?
Certain food groups can be considered healthy with a clear conscience, but there are not many products in the world that would be suitable and healthy for all people. Each organism is different and reacts differently to the consumed foods. And when there are various diseases that people have more and more, it is even more necessary to be careful when choosing food. You should try different products and observe how our body reacts after them.
What products do we eat?
- Vegetables (especially: broccoli, zucchini, cucumber, red pepper)
- Fruits (especially: apple, banana, lemon juice, grapefruit juice)
- Eggs in every edition
- Nuts (especially fresh, hand-peeled nuts. In the case of nuts, it is especially necessary to be moderate, because when too much they become difficult to digest)
- Whole carbohydrates (e.g. brown rice, basmati rice, oatmeal, pasta, bread. All whole carbohydrates have different properties, so we try to eat them alternately)
- Unrefined, cold pressed and mechanically pressed fats (especially olive oil and linseed oil. But be careful about their amounts, because they are very caloric)
Why are we eating these products?
