Ingredients for toasts with shrimp, parmesan cheese and arugula:
- Shrimp about 1 cup (100 g)
- Parmesan cheese 1 piece or 2 slices (20 g)
- Toast bread 2 slices (60 g)
- Arugula 1/2 handful (10 g)
- Parsley leaves 1 teaspoon (6 g)
- Garlic 1 clove (5 g)
- Clarified butter 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Chilli
- Sweet paprika
Preparation toasts with shrimp, parmesan cheese and arugula:
Step 1: If you’re using frozen shrimp, first thaw them in cold water. Once the shrimp are thawed, start preparing the other ingredients.
Step 2: Grate or finely chop the cheese.
Step 3: Heat and spread the butter in a pan. After a moment, add the dried shrimp and peeled and crushed garlic. Season to taste with sweet paprika and chilli. Fry until the shrimp are cooked through, about 2-5 minutes (depending on the size). Stir and flip the shrimp frequently. Towards the end of frying, add finely chopped parsley. Mix well.
Step 4: Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a dry pan (on very low heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side).
Step 5: On the prepared toasts, lay out the washed and dried arugula, shrimp, and cheese.
