  • Red lentils 5 tablespoons (50 g)
  • Oat flakes 2 tablespoons (20 g)
  • White onion 1 medium piece (100 g)
  • Coconut oil 1 tablespoon (10 g)
  • Smoked sweet paprika
  • Turmeric
  • Curry
  • Salt
  • Pepper
