Ingredients for oven-baked tandoori chicken:
- Chicken breast 1 medium fillet (200 g)
- Natural yogurt 3% 4 tablespoons (100 g)
- Tomato paste 1 teaspoon (15 g)
- Honey 1 teaspoon (12 g)
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Garlic 1 clove (5 g)
- Lemon juice 5 tablespoons (30 g)
- Garam masala / Tandoori spices
- Chili
- Curry
- Smoked sweet paprika
Preparation of oven-baked tandoori chicken:
Step 1: In a bowl, place the olive oil, peeled and pressed garlic, honey, tomato paste, lemon juice, and yogurt. Season with garam masala/tandoori spices, chili, curry, and smoked sweet paprika. Mix well.
Step 2: Clean the meat and cut it into smaller pieces. Place the pieces of meat into the marinade and coat them thoroughly. You can refrigerate the meat for a few hours to marinate (for a more intense flavor) or prepare it right away.
Step 3: Place the pieces of meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put them in a preheated oven at 200°C. Bake until the meat is cooked through and the marinade thickens, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 4: Serve on a plate.
