On that 11th day, buy your favorite alcohol and treat, and enjoy the moment without any guilt! However, set the next goal higher, for example, for 20 days. We guarantee that at some point you will lose the thought of rewarding yourself in this way, as you will not be drawn to it at all. Your way of thinking will change, cravings will be reduced, well-being and silhouette will improve, and that will be the perfect reward for you. This „success walk” is worth applying because it allows each subsequent goal to be bigger and more demanding, and we won’t feel it.
When starting a diet, remember that you don’t gain weight overnight and similarly, you can’t lose weight in such a short time. To lose weight effectively and permanently, it is important to take care of a properly balanced diet based on products you like to eat, helpful physical activity, and above all, the right attitude and belief that you will succeed.
