Ingredients for fried banana:
- Banana 1 medium piece (100 g)
- Almond flour 2 tablespoons (10 g)
- Coconut oil or other 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Cinnamon optionally
Preparation of fried banana:
Step 1: Wash, peel, and cut the banana lengthwise into thin slices. Spread the banana slices and evenly sprinkle with almond flour. Gently pat the flour into the banana.
Step 2: Heat the oil and spread it on a non-stick frying pan. After a moment, carefully place the banana slices. Fry until lightly browned and aromatic, about 1 minute per side. The banana slices soften quickly, so be very careful when turning them so they don’t fall apart.
Step 3: Transfer to a plate. Optionally sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
